How We Work…
We start with an initial telephone call with Deborah to talk about what you’d like to accomplish. Each client is taken through a detailed intake and discovery process which is designed to open up dialog about goals, dreams, and challenges.
Coaching/Mentoring engagements start with clearly defined goals – we always want you to be able to see and measure your progress along the way. This is results oriented coaching/mentoring and we will, therefore, only work with clients who are genuinely committed to achieving success. Once you’ve made the commitment, we’ll be right by your side every step of the way!
